We are two twins who embraced a journey toward health and balance, and we're excited to share it with you! Our past struggles with restrictive diets led to an eating disorder, but hitting rock bottom was our turning point. Seeking help was our game changer, helping us realize that food is nourishing, not an adversary.

As two Division 1 College Basketball Athletes for the past 4 years, we've pushed ourselves to the limit in the gym and learned the RIGHT way to fuel our bodies to reach our peak!
